Core components are produced by ourselves, such as engine bearings, extrusion wheels, die chambers and dies.
Key drive components such as main bearings, main motors and main reducers are equipped by suppliers according to our design demands.
Hydraulic system is designed independently by ourselves. It has stable pressure and the maximum system pressure is below 30MPa, which is safe, reliable and without need of pressuring. Our design of hydraulic system has obtained national patent.
Electric control system is designed independently by ourselves. The drive adopts imported Siemens brand and PLC adopts the latest model of Siemens. All low-voltage apparatus adopt Schneider brand.
Cooling system adopts large area stainless steel plate heat exchangers.
Our company has 5 CNC machines, 6 electric machining facilities and some metal processing devices. Excellent and sufficient processing devices can meet the production demands.
Installation and debugging
The installation of all the facilities must be carried out strictly according to the demands of operational instructions. Item-by-item inspections must be carried out according to the design demands of electric control system and hydraulic system. All the equipment must be mechatronics debugged in factory before leaving factory and new researched equipment must be carried out load tests.
On-load acceptance of equipment can be carried out in our company according to customer's requirements. After the equipment arrives customer's site, we will send professional technicians to assist installation and debugging on site and engineering technicians will finish installation and debugging training works within 15 days.

These production lines are available with different specifications and can produce yields such as the aluminum tube, copper flat wire, soft aluminum section wire, and the copper busbar and profile. Also available are continuous rotary extrusion equipment for producing aluminum clad steel wires.
