They needed a set of extrusion equipment for the production of automotive air conditioner used 3103 aluminum alloy multi-hole flat tubes.
Customer visited the production sites our domestic customers. Comparing with European equipment, they thought our products were highly cost-effective. Their requirement was that our product must pass pilot production and meet demands, then they would pay. Besides, the product must pass third-party certification (SGS). Through our efforts, we completed the equipment designing, processing, debugging and pilot production within 60 days and passed acceptance check.
